The middle is not the problem.
It's where everything gets decided.
We work with people and organizations
who want to know how to build that room on purpose.
There's a quality in the room of change
when the hard part is real
and people are still in it, and it's no longer a plan on paper
a plan in action, a living organisim
Most change frameworks are built for the beginning and the end.
The middle is the part where people are being asked
to become something different than they were in organizations that
gets a communication plan and a training schedule.
That's not nothing. It's just not enough.
What the middle actually requires is space.
Space to let go of what the old way meant.
Space to find themselves in the new one.
Space to be uncertain without performing confidence.
When that space exists, people move.
not because they were managed into it: because they found their footing and chose it.
That's what real alignment looks like from the inside.
And it's buildable. Not by accident, not by luck
through witnessing and knowing what the middle actually needs
and designing for it deliberately.
